I am a certified Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, a qualified Breathwork Practitioner, and a student of Functional Medicine.
I have a particular interest in the way that stress impacts health - whether it be emotional, physical, psychological or environmental - and how this can be alleviated with good nutrition, positive eating behaviours, conscious breathwork, good sleep, and other modifiable lifestyle factors.
Hormone imbalances, fatigue, excess weight, susceptibility to illnesses... are often driven by chronic stress so, with each of my clients, we seek to support the bodily systems most affected by stress, and bring the body back into balance.
